Reception - a little gruff with me, but I imagine they have to put up with the public and the public is pretty much terrible and rude. So I'm going to give these ladies a pass because that's a tough job. Dr. Dagg is THE BEST. I say this every single time I fill one of these out. I consider myself so lucky that 17 years ago, when I moved to West Seattle, I just happened to be paired with him as my PCP. He is a great listener, he always makes me feel better - emotionally and physically. He spends far more time with me than most western medicine doctors. He is a deeply caring and thoughtful provider. I never feel like I'm saying something ridiculous - the trust we've built over the past many years, even though we don't see each other often is pretty amazing. I'm already sad that Dr. Dagg will eventually retire and I'll have to start over again with other PCP. Anyway, make t-shirts, "Dr. Dagg Is The Best!"

He explains the medical terms in a simple way. But since he is so busy with his work schedule, it is not easy to make an appointment with him when we were sick and needed to see him. We always got some other doctor instead.

This provider was rude and assumptive. Immediately passed judgment based on medical history that popped up. He also put in anothwe new referral for services that I made very adamantly clear that I wanted canceled. Does not listen or at least acted like he did and then continued to do what he wanted after the visit. No means no. Stop trying to force something.
