Dr. Chang is top notch. Even the doctors at St. Joseph's, PeaceHealth in Bellingham complimented him. On a personal note, he is so compassionate and really shows concern about my health. I recommended my sister to him but he books out so far. She ended up going to another doctor.

Dr Chang is certainly an asset to Providence.

Dr. Chang reassured me that my heart was doing good which put me at ease. He was compassionate about my recent diagnosis that was unrelated to my heart, and he educated me on things to lookout for regarding any changes that might be affecting my heart in the future. I appreciated that.

Doctor is very focused upon providing me, the patient, with excellent care. I have learned to understand his particular bed side manners...and have learned that I, as a patient, need to provide him my full attention during my visit....and when he has finished addressing all the issues/ care he feels necessary to tell me about my health, test and exam results, changing/ and new medications etc. I then can ask him questions. At that point during my visit, he is attentive and answers all of my questions which I appreciate. Thank you.

Dr. Chang recognized that part of the reason for the chest pain that I had been experiencing was most likely related to prednisone withdrawal after being on it for 10 months. That was a game changer for how to move forward with my care.

I like Dr Chang very much. He is easy to talk to, listens to my concerns or comments but doesn't hesitate to tell me if I need to change my habits or do something differently. Back on an earlier question I said he was not the dr to care for my day-to-day concerns, he's not my GP but being my cardiologist, he is definitely who I turn to with those questions and concerns.
