Dr Greenfield has been great If I had to say something negative she seems busy. Thats probably a sign of a good dr. Oh and another negative we have to drive down from Arlington to get GOOD care/

Dr Greenfield is the best- she's calm and confident when providing recommendations and care. She's always willing to work with you based on your wants and needs. She made a very scary time in my life much more manageable! Her office staff are all great too.

You asked if I called office with question during regular hours. I said no. But I did ask a question via my chart during regular hours and Dr. Greenfield answered question in a very timely manner.

I was extremely happy with my last visit. Beyond the chronic issues I had been seeing her about, she was able to help with additional pain I have with a degenerative shoulder issue that I had not asked her about previously. The injection she was able to provide in my bursa has done a remarkable job in alleviating the pain that has been a constant presence for many years. I haven't slept this well in years. Thank you.

Dr. Greenfield is great. I'm still waiting on other members of the Swedish staff to call me to move forward with the prescribed therapies. This is not on her, though. It is the lack of coordination and communication that is frustrating.

Very helpful follow up care

Every time I have an appointment, whether online or physical, the provider and her staff welcome me with open arms and answer any questions I might have. They are courteous and professional

The physician is very knowledgeable and ready to offer referrals.

Provider was extremely knowledgeable about RA which was the reason for my visit. She educated me about symptoms and possible alternatives for preventing joint damage in the future. I was grateful for her high level of experience in this field. She ordered blood and X-ray to help me better understand what was happening with my joints. She explained in great detail about RA. I left the office visit a well informed patient and very grateful for the care I received.

Dr took time with explaining things to me, gave me options, was concerned if my problem came back and told me to call her right away if it did. She did not want me in pain or discomfort. She answered all of my questions and understood my concerns and gave me a plan to help me.

She is a provider for one condition that I have, and I have always had an excellent relationship with her and understood what she was trying to do.
