I've only had extremely positive experiences at this office and with the providers. Ashley Hammel is such a caring, thoughtful doctor. I look forward to seeing her at all our appointments and always leave feeling better about my daughters health and excited for the next milestones. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback!

The doctor give us time and care to listen what we concerns

My son been to three different Swedish pediatrics clinics, this one has the best pediatric doctor ever! Other places, doctors have some attitude!

Dr. Hamel is wonderful. The physical building, furniture and fixtures are old and need a refresh. It's a nice service to come to the room and make your next appointment vs. Going back to the desk upfront. It would be nice to receive text reminders about visits and times. I have accidentally come on a wrong day, and once come 45 minutes late because I was confused with the check in time. The threat of releasing us a patient if we were late again was not pleasant. Working and having three kids makes planning and prompt arrival tough If there's not a great reminder service (voicemails are not helpful). But overall, have had a great experience with the Doctor and nursing staff! Happy with Dr. Hamel and the girls love her.

From the receptionist to the Doctor all the stuff are friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciated for the service we have had gotten.

Dr. Hamel is an AMAZING Doctor who truly cares about her patients, treating them with the utmost respect. I can tell Dr. Hamel is in this profession to make a difference, unlike our last pediatrician, who would make his "George Clooney" appearance at the end of the appointment after his nurse did all the work. As a parent, I feel completely supported by Dr. Hamel, and my son would also agree. My son finally gets to ask all of his questions that his other doctor would laugh off and never answer, thinking he was joking. Let's face it, kids have silly questions sometimes, but Dr. Hamel does a great job at addressing all of our concerns, silly or significant. I hope Dr. Hamel is recognized in the Swedish community as a top-performing doctor because she is! This coming from someone who had the "Best Doctor" in the greater Seattle area, having waited on a list for years until I finally got on that doctor's roster. All that to say, Dr. Hamel is wonderful, and I'm grateful to have her caring for my son.
