About Carol Y. Nishikubo

Carol Nishikubo, M.D., FACP, is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology. After completing her fellowship in hematology and medical oncology in 1997, Dr. Nishikubo joined the full-time faculty of UCLA School of Medicine, carrying out clinical research in lung cancer and lymphoma. In 1999, she joined Santa Monica Hematology-Oncology Consultants. Dr. Nishikubo has a special interest in breast, lung, gastrointestinal and hematologic malignancies. She is active in professional societies and serves on hospital committees at Providence Saint John's Health Center and UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica. Currently, Dr. Nishikubo concentrates her professional activities in her private practice.
