Dr. Hu has provided excellent care throughout my treatment. I definitely recommend her and the Swedish Issaquah Cancer unit for cancer care.

We come to Swedish hospital for the excellent care we get for my special needs son who has more than 1 health issue. We are treated with respect & smiles.

She is excellent in depth of knowledge and caring. Warm smile and good eye contact. Minor issue - offer a gown whenever patient is even partially undressed. Don't let patient be only undressed person in the room during discussions. I would recommend her to anyone!

Everyone at Swedish Issaquah have been outstanding except the first phlebotomist who did the blood draw for my genetic profile. She was a disaster. Everyone else have been way better than outstanding. Swedish is now my number one hospital of choice. I have recommended it to all my female friends who sometime in the future Might need treatment for breast cancer and anything else. Thank you for everything at a scary time.

A few of these questions were awkward to answer since I am an ongoing cancer patient, not just making appointments for primary care.Dr. Hu was on top of all my lab results and was able to quickly and efficiently explain her suggested change in medication. She answered all my questions and had me scheduled immediately for the new treatment option.

Dr Hu is my oncologist for breast CA. She doesn't seem empathetic or supportive. When I met with the SW before all of this started she informed me that she would like to talk to me about how best to ask the doctor questions!! I think Dr Hu needs help to deal with patients in a better way. Patients are the customers- not the other way around

I have nothing bad to say about my appointment. I was actually running late and a new receptionist stepped in to get me checked in and on time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My doctor was quick and efficient. I have a fear of the blood pressure cuff and they were able to accomodate me. I am very pleased with Swedish and its staff at this time.

I get regular treatment every six months. I schedule all of my work and personal things around these appointments. This month after I had my appointment already scheduled, they called back left a message and told me that they were moving my appointment and told me what date and time it would be. I found this very rude. I had already made a bunch of plans and then they bumped up my appointment over a month later. My condition causes me great pain as time goes between treatments so adding another 30 days didn't help me at all. I understand that there is a patient that needed to be seen, but they need to have more staff so that patients don't get bumped off their appointment times and then have another 30 day wait and have to disrupt all of their scheduling. Doctor Hu is fantastic. She is thoughtful, professional considerate she listens and she's obviously very smart. I like her as a person and I think she's a fantastic physician. I really appreciate her demeanor and the way you can tell she's really listening. She lets the patient be part of the solution to the healthcare situation, which is great because you feel like you have a voice. The technician that handles my phlebotomy is also phenomenal. I can't say enough about the medical staff in the oncology department. They are all really just ultimate professionals.

I appreciate the thoughtfulness of Dr. Hu. My situation was unclear, so she took my case to a review board to get second opinions. She explained the situation carefully and wanted to make sure she was giving me the necessary treatment, but not over treating me. It helped me to trust that she had my best interest in mind.
