My annual exam had been canceled last minute, so I showed up to find out I didn't have an appointment any more, but I also had a bad cough and needed to see someone right away. Bonnie was able to squeeze me in and she provided an extremely thorough and attentive visit for me as she could see that I couldn't breathe well. She was amazing at helping me despite the weird circumstances of ending up without an appointment. I have a complicated medical history and even though she was pressed for time, she made sure she got all the info necessary and still treated me. I am extremely grateful for her concern and help when I needed it.

This care provider is not the person I usually visit but she was more than pleasant and very kind.

My visit with Bonnie was a follow up to emergency hospitalization. She was amazingly thorough and compassionate, and messaged with other providers to clear up some appt confusion. I felt well cared for.

Bonnie Haberzetle is the best care provider I've encountered in my life, in terms of bedside manner, paying attention to my comments and questions, giving me the time I wanted, and really seeming to care about solving my medical issue. She's a rare gem among health care providers, in my opinion. The only minor issue is that I left the office not fully understanding my next steps and options, but that's partially my fault for not fully clarifying my lack of complete understanding.

I'd like Bonnie to be my Primary Care Provider but I understand she is not licensed for that role. She's great at her job. Do what it takes to keep her around for A LONG TIME!

Care provider for this visit excellent. Getting an appointment with a doctor in this practice is difficult. Wait time to see my regular doctor is three months. This is unacceptable but routine. For this reason I would be hesitant in recommending tthis practice. Similar experience with other clinics oin the Swedish system.
