Dr. Qannan and his medical team and reception are kind, friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, interested in what I have to say, and fun to joke around with as the conversation flows organically. It is a pleasure to have all of them as my medical professionals. I want to clarify my answer to the Test Results question. My test results always appear on MyChart, and I almost always go take a look at them when they come in. Dr. Qannan and I always talk about my test results during my appointments. The survey should have the option to select MyChart in every question where it would be a potential appropriate response.

The doctor seems to have high turnaround, but fortunately I've been able to see Dr. Qannan for the last couple of years. I like seeing Dr. Qannan and don't have ant negative experience with him. Making an appointment this year was a challenge because of construction. I had to reschedule. Otherwise, I don't have much other comment as I typically only go once a year for the annual physical.
