I was initially examined by student N P. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and attentive.

I asked to change my appt. Her staff accommodated me day before my appt. Whenever I mychart I get a response same day. Outstanding quality. Makes me want to stay with Swedish.

Jennifer is the Best. She listens allows me to be part of the team on how to manage my care.

Jennifer, as always, was thorough, caring, respectful, trying hard to figure out how to determine what dose of med, when to increase if needed, etc for adrenal gland function. She was thoughtful and working with expertise to help our daughter who is very medically challenging.

Quite a few months have passed since my last follow up, she did have me on standby, and got me in earlier than originally scheduled. It was very thorough discussing my health and options and helpful getting the correct meds prescribed for me

It is important to make clear that Jennifer Mercado, ARNP is a superb provider that has helped me through a very difficult, rare and complex medical condition and understands that I deal with other rare conditions. Under staffing has caused longer wait times for appointments, but that has nothing to do with my provider. Both my wife and I appreciate Jennifer's concern and desire to help. That is not always the case with providers. She is not my provider when it comes to more common issues, but is with regards to monitoring one of my rare, life-threatening conditions.

I very seldom contact Jennifer by phone if I need to contact her it is by email through my chart. I always get a response in a timely manner. I think you would get more helpful info if the question includes email thru my chart

Jennifer Mercado has literally been a life saver. She and I have been on my health journey for over 12 years. When I had Cushing's syndrome and no doctor or endocrinologist would listen and HEAR me and SEE me- she did. She compassionately assesses all of the complex issues that coincide with this illness and carefully addressed everything and helped me regain my life. I cannot say that I would be here today without her exceptional clinical expertise in the neuroendocrine field and compassionate and holistic approach to caring for me. I literally cannot express the gratitude I have for her and Swedish. Even today she is helping me thrive as it is still an uphill battle to regain and maintain the health I cherish today. I realize the medical community is short staffed at this time. My health conditions are very complex and this provider does her best to suggest changes that are clearly needed regarding medications/etc. It is not easy. Both my wife and I respect Jennifer.

Dr Mercado is a prime example of a perfect provider. She goes above and beyond for both myself and my husband. She takes time to figure out insurance complications that many pcp would not. I sure hope the upper administration sees how valuable she is to your office.

I've seen another dr. In the same office and had a terrible experience. He didn't listen and that delayed my care. I have to say that Jennifer is brilliant and very good at her job. She listed and finally after 17 years figured out the issues that other doctors wouldn't even examine when I asked. When other doctors asked even. She's amazing. I'm so grateful for her. She saved my life.

Jennifer mercado is great; the fact that it's only possible to see her every 4 months because of patient overload isnt. She has no control over that. Swedish does
