Never have any issues with Dr Yu or his amazing team

Dr Cong Yu has provided excellent care, concern and expert advice. I use a Neurostimulator for face/head pain, Dr Yu is on the cutting edge with this device and placement of leads in my L head. I have to travel 3+ hours for appointments. It's not an issue for me because the care he provides is both cutting edge and rare with the condition I have. I'm fortunate to have found him.

My hip pain is never resolved but dr Yu has tried different treatments and a second opinion

Dr. Yu communicated in a way I understood for the first time! He was pleasant. Seemed caring. Offered options. Left me with a ray of hope.

All of the staff are very professional and kind. Dr. Yu is extremely good at what he does. The nursing staff and imaging tech are especially kind, remember me personally and me needs, and take excellent care of me. I love that in a care team.

Dr. Yu is amazing. We currently working on my headaches and it is going great. It still has some residual issues from the nerve treatment but he was able to confirm that this is normal for the process. Healthcare has come so far to help with chronic pain and I appreciate Dr. Yu's help with it.

Dr. Yu has zero communication skills, and no empathy towards his patients. I was shocked to have encounter someone so unprofessional and quite rude and disrespectful towards his patients.

Provider is excellent communicator, asks good questions, uses his time well.

Dr. Yu is extremely talented at his specialty. He can do these procedures with the least amount of pain and the highest success for them. His staff is amazing, and always take great care of me, in calls, check-ins, preparing for and after care of procedures. They are very solicitous of my needs, and carefully review my records and post-procedure care. I highly recommend them.

This man, Dr. Cong Yu Really cares about people. He don't just feels like he's doing appointment. He really actually care, and that's what doctors need to do instead of thinking about getting paid.

I was concerned as Dr.Yu had some bad reviews.He was great.He listened and we talked about the best treatment for my lower back.(Steriod shot's) I'm scared of needles he put my mind at ease.I will set an appointment for this.If I can't find someone closer to home.

Dr. Yu has always been attentive and understanding.

Receptionist was extremely helpful to squeeze me in to see Dr Lu because I arrived on the wrong day. I am so grateful I didn't have to reschedule and make a return trip. Dr Lu was so gracious to see me and help me understand where my pain was originating and solutions he recommended.

Dr. Yu was very understanding, especially considering that I was late to our initial appt because I was sick with COVID. I apologized to Dr. Yu about being so late. I was thankful that he was extremely understanding. Dr. Yu Is a very kind, intelligent doctor.

Sometimes they see him a little rough or agitated and they don't seem they're not have a bedside manner that's pretty cool but they get the job done that's all that I care about kind of

Although I had to wait in the room for an hour, when Dr. Yu saw me, he spent a great amount of time with me. I didn't feel I was rushed at all. I believe he just had a lot of patients that day.

My doctor is current in his field and it shows. The amount of continuous education taken is obvious. I rely on my doctor to make major decisions and trust his judgment.

My paint specialist has absolutely no bedside manner, empathy, or care/respect for his pain patience. When your doctor specifically says (in front of my my other no less) that he does not have time for my problems because he is running behind schedule... In my opinion.... That I'd a doctor that doesn't care. I will be finishing my injections as he requested and after will be looking for a doctor no in this hospital that actually cares about the patients. After 3 years of being belittled, scolded and in my opinion discarded I can't deal with it anymore. Even if he may be the "BEST" crps doctor in the west side. I'll find someone else because he simply doesn't care and won't listen.

The swedish pain center it's always efficient and takes excellent care of my medical needs. This is for a morphine pump refill which happens twice a year. I believe the service is excellent!

Dr Yu and all of the staff were kind, professional, and respectful. I went in to my appointment feeling a lot of anxiety due to prior bad experiences related to multiple IMEs for work injuries. I left feeling supported, listened to and informed. This is a wonderful practice.
