Pain Specialist Magana is always very thorough, caring and searching for the root cause of my pain issues. I have full confidence in Hector Magana's Care Providing me with his safe, well researched medical records, MRI results & always takes the evidenced practice to help alleviate my suffering, acknowledge my illness, research further treatments and safe medication use! He is an excellent pt educator as well! He explains results and explains disease process utilizing printed handout, virtual animation of disease process on his computer for me to see as well as his method of verbal teaching & communication is superior to other Care Providers I've had in the past. Providence is very lucky to have Hector Magana as part of the Pain Management Team! He is a 10/10!! Thank you for such diligent care! I feel safe, listened to, in excellent knowledgeable hands!

I was so impressed with this provider (Hector). He was very thorough with the information he gave me about my particular problem. I couldn't quite believe how well he communicated the issues relating to my bad back problem. I walked out of the office feeling like someone took the time and effort to review my MRI and then give me advice and options on how to best solve my problem. I am still impressed just thinking about what I got from consulting with him.

I felt respected and cared about and I finally got some answers and a plan for my back and neck pain which he explained and showed me how the pain radiates in other areas of my body, solving some mysteries about refered pain that have been bothering me for a long time. I'm very happy to know my back and neck pain is finally being addressed.

Hector Magana is my chronic pain Care Provider. He is an outstanding talented observant Provider. Hector Magana explains in detail ALL results of MRI finding.I have a very stressful Caretaker job at home& Hector Magana suggests & searches many customized pain reducing & ADL easing DME that will help my pain. He's aware of my financial Resourses & limitations d/t caretaking of my Disabled Child. He Calms me by being extremely thoughtful and thorough in his monitoring of all my meds, stressors, endocrine disease & has closely monitored my Whole Body Care Plan. He's a credit to Providence Pain Management! 5 Star Provider!! He has found 3 medical issues that others have missed. I am now being properly cared for thanks to Hector Magana! I value the careful monitoring of pain meds! He is a watchful advocate for my health, pain relief and safety.

Hector Magana is extremely knowledgeable, kind and thorough with my serious health care issues. Hector Magana ordered several blood tests , used caution before ordering any medication that may have been harming my liver. He is extremely concerned with my health, pain management and my life in general. He is EXCELLENT! I have a disabled child who depends on me and Hector Magana's Medical Expertise, thoroughly explaining ALL my medical issues helps me and my Child & Family in the process! He discovered discrepancies that I had not understood. I rely fully on his medical knowledge. He works closely to follow up with my Specialist & PCP to determine my Care Plan. He goes above and beyond as a Provider. Providence and us patients are VERY VERY LUCKY to have his expertise. He should be working at UCDAVIS or ANY Specialty Hospital Medical Team.
