Dr Lui is an exceptional doctor

He followed up on my back pain, which is better.When I brought up chronic, recurring shoulder pain, he examined my shoulder, and referred me for an X-ray, gave me advice on pain relief and exercises and told me he would follow up after the X-ray.I really like this provider. He is friendly and knowledgeable and really listened to me about my shoulder issues.

Dr.Lui is amazing. He stands out above and beyond other providers for his caring and his interest is solving the problem at hand. A number of others (at Providence) dismiss what the patient says or tries to fit them into a box. When the box doesn't fit, they blame the patient. Dr. Lui is very smart and very caring, a perfect combination. Thank you to Dr. Lui for his help.

The provider listened, explained, questioned, examined, and recommended next steps, - all helpfully! The provider also quickly responded to my Providence "My Chart" message to him.

Often, care providers look for reasons to dismiss medical issues. Instead, this care provider looked for ways to find answers and took immediate action.

He was gentle and caring. I had to bring my toddler grandson and he was very good with him.
