About Garrett D. Lui

As a Physiatrist, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist, Dr. Lui helps diagnose and manage musculoskeletal disorders, treats muscle spasticity from brain and spine disorders, and performs electrodiagnostic studies to identify peripheral nerve disorders. Dr. Lui believes his most important role as a provider is to help educate patients on their diagnosis and create individualized treatment plans that best suits their needs. He enjoys getting to know patients and understanding how their daily lives are affected by their medical conditions, and then seeing patients achieve their goals and returning to the activities that they were unable to do prior to treatment. His ultimate philosophy of care: "There is always something that we can do for you to treat your medical problem." When not working with patients, Dr. Lui enjoys traveling with his wife, cooking, and playing many sports including basketball, tennis, golf, running and snowboarding.
