I was very impressed with my care provider. Her whole team was so kind, caring & friendly. Megan explained everything that she would be doing. She was able to do one procedure while I was there, due to the next appointment arriving late. I appreciated that, as I did not have time to worry about the procedure. She was patient & knowledgeable. My entire experience was 10 plus.

The receptionist were wonderful. The doctor was amazing. She knew exactly what I needed and she provided additional care above and beyond what she needed to do. I appreciate her professionalism as well as the staff. It was very good experience the past couple times I've been there I will see her again in six weeks, and I will be glad to show up, this is a great bunch of people and they work well together.

Meagan was so skilled, she recognized I had a low grade sinus infection that no one else caught!

Megan is very knowledgeable and interested in trying to find the cause of my issue. She threw a lot of info at me, but I'm not sure I understood it all.

This provider was not the one I expected to see, however, she was aware of my condition and treated it and me with the utmost knowledge and efficiency

I had an mri done on my nose 6 months ago, and my regular doctor never even bothered to tell me I had a huge bacterial infection going on. The ent doctor was not happy about this, which shows she truly cared. My doctor should have gotten me started on a course of antibiotics but he never did. It wasn't until I went here that I got the correct treatment by a doctor who actually cared about her job and my health. The world needs more doctors like her, I truly appreciated her more than she knows. If the other referral she gave me with a rhinoplasty doctor does not work out I will definitely be back.

One of the best doctor and her employer needs to keep her on board. My wife and myself were impressed that she had done her homework and was able to correct the non-diagnosed condition that has caused me anxiety and depression. Thank you very much. I shy away from Spokane because of the largeness. But I might decide to visit Spokane for my medical needs.

The nurse practitioner was very rude & cold. She went on a rant about how my thoughts of my sons Issue was wrong and she saw 5 other patients who were also wrong about the same thing I really don't care, I'm not the dr, we came for help not an egotistical rant. I don't return. This is my second bad experience I'll start going to another ent if needed going forward.

I had to travel a ways and since I have had my cough for a long time I wondered if it would be worth the trip but it definitely was!

I really like Megan. She was very thorough, very kind and a darn good listener.

She is the only person who actually looked at my MRI when prior FOUR MD doctors Missed my broken nose which caused many problems for me. I am grateful she paid attemtion to my MRI.
