I have no problem changing my health care when I'm unsatisfied with my Dr. Dr Kaelin is always friendly informative and concerned with my care and opinion on my welfare. Very respectful even when not in total agreement with me.

I have been so grateful for Kaelan and her whole care team. Since starting my care with her she has diagnosed me with a hiatal hernia that was causing great discomfort and helped me thru the process of getting it repaired. It has improved my life tremendously. She helped me thru a horrible stressful time in my job and gave me great advice that helped me finally lose weight. Her care team always responds promptly to my questions thru the portal and calls me directly with pertinent test results/meds changes. I am so much healthier thanks to her! I appreciate Kaelan and her team so much!

The Doctors, PA's and service people are wonderful. My only complaint is the difficulty getting in to see a provider in a timely manner.

I liked this provider, she was very thorough, asked questions and answered mine in a timely manner. I felt she was was concerned about my health and chose the correct avenue with my health . Her chose has made a difference in keeping my health where it's stable and less impact on the rest of my body. She found the answer that's finally working for me.

She is friendly & kind. Seems to care. I'm thankful she has put referrals in for rheumatology. I have needed one for several years. I'm really hoping I get in, since I need specialized care in this area.

Kaelin is great - very accessible and responsive. She seems to have genuine concern about how I'm doing and always lets me know that if my needs change, she is happy to help me find a new solution if needed.

Due to good health care, I have used a Medical Park for over 10 years. I find the easy access to blood labs, inland imaging, other specialists, physical therapy and many successful treatments in Urgent Care.

Very comfortable with my PCP and her staff. She reviewed all of my health issues and made some changes with a med dosage - made it clear why this was being done and what to monitor. Very thorough and thoughtful as always.

My normal wellness check has to be changed from Feb due To Maternity leave. But the re-schedule gave me the appt in July. I was surprised it was that big of a time difference but it was fine with me. The staff covering for Kaelin assisted me with things when I called. And Kaelin was up to date had all my records, test results etc when I did see her. She is always professional, courteous and thorough.

The provider was amazing, and made me feel comfortable and valued. She made the entire experience better and made me desire to continue with Providence. She is an asset to your team, and if you value continued quality care and good care, you should do everything within your power to keep her. With all seriousness, one of the best provider experiences I have had.

I am pleased my provider lets me actively participate in healthcare decisions & encourages proactive health measures.
