Dr. Kim is warm, patient, and kind. She listens to provide helpful feedback and answers all questions clearly. Sometimes we don't even have to ask the question, as Dr. Kim already provides information that is both useful and caring. We love seeing Dr. Kim and feel so fortunate to have found her!

Dr. Kim is fantastic! She's super great with kids, genuine, approachable, friendly, very knowledgeable, and all-around a great doctor. She answers all questions, gives examples and advice, and takes her time to explain necessary points. I highly recommend her and this practice!!! She's great and really cares!!! She even takes the time to personally call you and message you back on MyChart. We have been very pleased going here.

Wait time to see the doctor is too long. They tell us to check in 15 mins prior to the appointment which was 345pm for a 4pm appointment, we didn't get seen until 445pm- I have twin 4 month olds- they get fussy and hungry. Wait times need to be decreased.adults can wait, babies no.

Our appointment time was 4pm, check in 15 mins before at 345pm, however we did not get seen until 445pm. I understand doctors run late, but my husband and I have to take off time from work and feel it's wasted waiting for the doctor. I could have worked a full day if we weren't going to be seen on time.

Dr Kim was warm and caring and didn't rush us. My child felt very comfortable with her.
