Dr. Mickelson consistently provides excellent healthcare. She is very good about explaining things, and takes time to really listen to what I have to say.

My doctor is excellent. Getting appointments in a timely manner and with MY doctor doesn't really work.

Dr Mickelson and whole care team are great, very professional and knowledgeable, and good bedside manner. It does take a long time to get in for regular wellness visits. Could be shortage of health care providers?

The only issue I have is the difficulty in scheduling an appointment - it must be planned months in advance. However, putting a question in on MyChart will get a quick response.

I love this provider and I can see that she cares very much for each patient, with that said.the wait times at appointments are really not ok. From the time I checked in for my appointment, until I left the appointment was 2 hours!!!!! I waited almost an hour and 15 min just to be taken back. Then waited more! Then had 30 min with doctor. That is absurd, and is the norm. Every time I come in, this is an issue. I love my doc so I will keep coming, but for those of us that take time away from work for these appointments, it's incredibly frustrating.
